• Flat-Rate Project Pricing: Standard development projects (Web Applications or Desktop Software) are offered at a set price of $500 AUD per project.
• Initially an upfront half payment is debited through stripe payment method & you will be given a HMPRO customer receipt.
• After project deliverance, the second half payment is debited with any extra costs associated with depending on the type of project you initiated & payment receipt is provided.
3. Our Refund & Customer Satisfaction Policy
At HMPRO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are completely unsatisfied or unhappy with the outcome of your custom project, we stand by a dedicated dispute process to rectify your experience, up to providing a full refund.
• HMPRO Assessment: All refund requests are subject to a mandatory, comprehensive HMPRO evaluation to review project requirements and code deliverables before funds are released.
